Warranty & Lifetime Crash Replacement
When you purchase any NEW SCRIBE, BEST or SILTMTB wheelset, you automatically join our INFINITY WARRANTY programme which is in place to cover your wheels should have any unexpected issues.

Infinity Warranty

ALL SCRIBE, *BEST & SILTMTB WHEELSETS, come with a 3 year warranty against material, or workmanship defects. The warranty period commences from the date of receipt of your wheels. Your Infinity Warranty:
  • Does not cover damage to wheels caused by crashing, impacts or abuse to the product.
  • Is void if the product has been modified without Scribe Cycling having given prior approval for modification.
  • Is not valid for wheels used for commercial purposes.
  • is not applicable to products that have been incorrectly installed, adjusted or maintained.
  • Does not cover normal wear & tear. These parts typically include bearings, spokes, nipples & braking tracks.
* Please note that BEST Sport Rim Brake Wheelsets come with a 1-year warranty on their rims but still maintain a 3-year warranty on their hubs & spokes.
* There may be instances where certain models will be discontinued. While we will make every effort to provide an exact replacement, there may be situations where this is not feasible. In such cases, Scribe reserves the right to offer an equivalent or upgraded model of rim as a replacement.
* This policy is only applicable to the wheelset's first owner
* Your statutory rights are not affected - 3 years in the EU also

Infinity Wear / Crash Replacement Policy

When you're pushing the limits in the pursuit of speed, the odd tumble can happen. As riders we understand that it can be heart breaking when your pride & joy suffers a bad crash. If your Scribe or SILTMTB wheels are damaged as a result of a crash please contact us. 
* Please note that BEST Performance, Sport & Gravel Wheelsets DO NOT come with an attached Crash Replacement policy.

SCRIBE - Crash Replacement Breakdown:

  • CARBON MODELS: Free Lifetime *Crash Replacement. We offer a 50% discount on all required replacement parts.
  • ALLOY MODELS: A complete rim replacement at a highly reduced rate. Get in touch for more details.

SILTMTB - Crash Replacement Breakdown:

  • CARBON MODELS: 50% discount on rim replacements.
  • ENDURO & DOWNHILL: 1st rim completely free of charge, then 50% off any future rim replacements.
  • ALLOY TRAIL & XC: 50% discount on rim replacements.
* There may be instances where certain models will be discontinued. While we will make every effort to provide an exact replacement, there may be situations where this is not feasible. In such cases, Scribe reserves the right to offer an equivalent or upgraded model of rim as a replacement.
* This policy is only applicable to the wheelset's first owner
* Crash Replacement benefit is reduced to 1 year on models sold as discontinued or under our "RE-Gen" programme.
* Please note: The crash replacement discount applies to components only. It does not apply to labour and/or collection & redelivery costs.
