Garantie Infinity
As cyclists ourselves, we know what it's like to have a warranty issue & we'll support customers in every way possible to make sure your wheels keep turning. We have an experienced warranty team in place to deal with all warranty claims and these go straight to escalation to make sure cases are resolved at the earliest possible date.
ALL SCRIBE WHEELSETS come with a 3 year warranty against material, or workmanship defects. The warranty period commences from the date of receipt of your wheels.
Infinity Warranty:
- Does not cover damage to wheels caused by crashing, impacts or abuse to the product.
- Is void if the product has been modified without Scribe Cycling have given prior approval for modification.
- Is not valid for wheels used for commercial purposes.
- is not applicable to products that have been incorrectly installed, adjusted or maintained.
- Does not cover normal wear & tear. These parts typically include bearings, spokes, nipples & braking tracks.
* Au fur et à mesure de notre évolution, il se peut que certains modèles ne soient plus disponibles. Bien que nous fassions tout notre possible pour fournir une jante de remplacement exacte, il peut arriver que cela ne soit pas possible. Dans ce cas, Scribe se réserve le droit d'offrir un modèle de jante équivalent ou amélioré en remplacement.

Politique d'usure de l'infini et de remplacement des collisions
Having the odd tumble can happen through no fault of your own and as riders ourselves, we know it's heart breaking when your pride and joy suffers a bad crash. We have been there before & what's worse is finding out you're not supported. Rest assured, you will never experience this with our wheels & we will be there to help if you are in this position.
Crash Replacement Breakdown:
- CARBON MODELS: Free Lifetime *Crash Replacement. If your carbon wheels are damaged as a result of a crash; we offer a 50% discount on all required replacement parts.
- ALLOY MODELS: If your alloy wheels are damaged as a result of a crash, don't worry. To get you back riding on the road as soon as possible, we offer a complete rim replacement at a highly reduced rate. Get in touch for more details.
* As we continue to evolve, there may be instances where certain models will be discontinued. While we will make every effort to provide an exact replacement, there may be situations where this is not feasible. In such cases, Scribe reserves the right to offer an equivalent or upgraded model of rim as a replacement.
* This policy is only applicable to the wheelset's first owner
* Crash Replacement benefit is reduced to 1 year on models sold as discontinued or under our "RE-Gen" programme.
